Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24-hour notice for all cancelled or rescheduled appointments to avoid Lost Time Fees. These fees must be paid prior to rescheduling.

We strongly dislike assessing these fees to our patients, as a courtesy we send text reminders for your appointments. We take extra measures and do our best to remind you of your appointment, but ultimately it is your responsibility to keep track of your appointments.

If you are schedule on Monday, appointment changes need to be made to the office on Thursday, since we are not in the office on Friday.
