Patient Information

We would like to welcome you to our office and let you know what to expect on your first visit. We offer a comfortable waiting room where you can relax before you are called back. At Griffeth Vision Group we want to make your wait time as short as possible.

Our office accepts many insurance plans but we ask that you verify with us to make sure we are affiliated with your specific plan. It is important that you understand that there is a difference between vision coverage and medical coverage. Routine eye exams will generally be covered under your vision plan. Some carriers, however, provide one preventative eye exam per year. It is your responsibility to see what your coverage and benefits are. We ask that you bring your insurance card with you to your visit so that we may get a copy of it.

All copays are due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards, checks and cash. If you do not have insurance and will be self-pay then we offer a 50% discount. You will be required to pay $50 on the day of service and pay the remainder of your balance within 2 weeks. We also offer Care Credit for those that may be interested. You can get more information about Care Credit by clicking here and we also have applications available in our office.CareCredit

We understand that things come up and you may have to change your appointment. If, for any reason, you need to change your appointment we ask that you call our office 24 hours prior to your scheduled time to make arrangements to reschedule. In order to see patients in a timely manner and keep wait-times to a minimum it is important that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late you may be asked to reschedule.
